Take one focused step
Don't try to consume it all in a weekend. Pick the one piece of your business that needs clarity right now, and start there.

Sometimes inboxes have opinions on where emails should show up. If you don't see anything from me in the next 10 minutes, try the spam folder, promotions tab, or that mysterious third place email likes to hide.

Show up to the live calls.
That's where the real shifts happen. Bring the thing you're stuck on. We'll work through it together.
Ask questions in the community.
Even the half-formed ones. Especially the half-formed ones. That's usually where the clarity is hiding.
