Most people fix the wrong thing because they've never had someone help them name what's actually broken. Session 1 changes that.

Between Session 1 and Session 2, you go look at where your people actually live — so you come back with data, not guesses.

Plans don't fail because they're bad. They fail because nobody's watching. Session 3 ends with you naming your plan and saying it out loud.
