Frequently Asked Questions
01
Getting Started
What exactly do you help with?
I help coaches, consultants, and online business owners create websites, sales funnels, and business systems that work together.
That can mean clarifying your offers and messaging, designing a website, setting up email marketing, creating automated workflows, organizing a course or membership, or making your client onboarding easier.
I specialize in AttractWell, a platform that brings many of these tools together in one place.
My approach starts with understanding your business and what you're trying to accomplish. Then we figure out what you need and put the right pieces in place.
Who do you work with?
I primarily work with coaches, consultants, course creators, and online experts who sell their knowledge or services.
Some clients are building their online businesses for the first time. Others already have websites, offers, and systems in place but need help making everything work better together.
Whether you're launching something new, improving what you've already built, or moving to AttractWell, I can help you figure out the best next steps.
I'm not sure what I need. Can you help me figure that out?
Absolutely! In fact, that's often where our work begins.
You might know you need a better website, more consistent leads, or an easier way to manage clients, but you're not sure which tools or systems will help.
We'll look at what you already have, what's working, and what's getting in the way. From there, I'll help you prioritize what makes sense for your business.
You don't need to arrive with a perfectly mapped-out plan.
Do I need to have an established business to work with you?
No. I work with both new and established business owners.
If you're getting started, we can focus on the essentials so you don't invest in more technology or systems than you need.
If your business is already running, we can improve your existing website, streamline your processes, or build the next part of your business.
The goal is to create something that fits where you are and supports where you want to go.
What if I already have a website?
That's perfectly fine! You don't necessarily need a new one.
We can review what you have, identify opportunities for improvement, and determine whether a few strategic changes would make a meaningful difference.
Sometimes the best solution is refining your messaging, improving a sales page, simplifying navigation, or creating a clearer path for visitors to become clients.
I'm not interested in rebuilding something that already works just for the sake of rebuilding it.
02
Websites, Funnels & Business Systems
What's the difference between a website and a sales funnel?
Your website gives people a place to learn about your business, explore your services, and decide whether you're the right fit.
A sales funnel guides someone through a more specific journey toward a particular action, such as signing up for a free resource, booking a consultation, or purchasing a program.
For example, someone might discover your website, download a helpful guide, receive a few follow-up emails, and eventually book a discovery call.
Your website and funnels should complement each other, not operate as disconnected pieces.
Do I really need a sales funnel?
Not necessarily.
Every business needs a way for interested people to take the next step, but that doesn't always require a complicated funnel.
For some businesses, a clear website and simple booking process work well. Others benefit from a lead magnet, email sequence, sales page, or more structured customer journey.
We'll look at how people find you, how they decide to work with you, and what would make that process easier.
The goal isn't to build a funnel because everyone says you need one. It's to create a process that makes sense for your business.
Can you help with website copy and messaging?
Yes! Messaging is an important part of my work.
A beautiful website can only do so much if visitors don't understand what you offer, who it's for, or why they should care.
I'll help you clarify your message, organize your offers, and communicate the value of your work in a way that feels natural and authentic to you.
Depending on the project, this may include writing or refining headlines, website sections, service descriptions, sales pages, and calls to action.
Can you help me create a lead magnet or email marketing funnel?
Yes.
I can help you plan and build lead magnets, landing pages, opt-in forms, email welcome sequences, and automated follow-up.
We can also explore more interactive resources, including quizzes and conversational GPT assessments, when they make sense for your audience.
The important part is making sure your free offer attracts the right people and connects naturally to your paid services.
Do you build courses, coaching programs, and memberships?
Yes!
I can help you organize your program structure and create the online experience your students or members need.
This may include sales pages, checkout, enrollment, agreements, welcome emails, course lessons, member access, and ongoing program delivery.
If you're still working through how to structure your offer, I can help you think through the experience before we build it.
Can you help automate my client onboarding?
Absolutely. This is one of my favorite ways to make running a business easier.
We can connect things like payments, coaching agreements, intake questionnaires, appointment scheduling, welcome emails, and program access.
Instead of remembering every little step after someone hires you, you can have a clear, repeatable process that makes getting started easier for both you and your clients.
Not everything needs to be automated, but the right automations can take a surprising amount of work off your plate.
Can you help me organize my offers and services?
Yes.
Sometimes business owners have several valuable offers, but there's no clear way for visitors to understand how they fit together or which one is right for them.
I can help you organize your services, refine how you present them, and create clear next steps for prospective clients.
That might mean restructuring your website, simplifying your offers, or designing a better customer journey.
03
Working With AttractWell
What is AttractWell?
AttractWell is an all-in-one platform designed to help online business owners manage their websites, marketing, sales, and client experiences.
It brings together tools such as website pages, email marketing, contact management, appointment scheduling, payments, courses, memberships, and automation.
Instead of using separate software for every part of your business, AttractWell allows you to manage many of those functions in one place.
Why do you specialize in AttractWell?
Because I love helping business owners simplify their technology, and AttractWell gives us the tools to bring so many parts of an online business together.
But having the tools is only part of the equation.
You also need to know how to organize your business, create the right customer journey, and connect everything in a way that actually makes sense.
That's where I come in.
I combine business strategy, website design, and hands-on AttractWell implementation to help you get more out of the platform.
Do I have to use AttractWell to work with you?
AttractWell is my primary platform for website, funnel, and business systems implementation.
If you're considering it or already using it, I can help you plan, build, and optimize your setup.
If you're using another platform, we can discuss your current needs and whether AttractWell makes sense for your business before making any decisions.
I don't believe in moving platforms unless there's a good reason to do so.
I already have an AttractWell account. Can you help me improve it?
Absolutely!
Maybe you set things up yourself, inherited an existing website, or started building and never quite finished.
I can help you review what you already have, improve the design and messaging, connect your systems, create automations, and make better use of AttractWell's capabilities.
You don't need to start over to make meaningful improvements.
Can you move my existing website and business systems into AttractWell?
Yes, I can help with platform migrations.
Depending on your current setup, this may involve rebuilding website pages, moving content, organizing offers, configuring email marketing, setting up payments and booking, and recreating important client workflows.
We'll review what you're currently using and determine what needs to be moved, rebuilt, or improved.
Some platform features and data may require a different approach, so we'll review those details before finalizing the project scope.
Will I be able to make changes to my website after we're finished?
Yes! One of my goals is to help you feel confident managing your business.
AttractWell gives you the ability to update website content, manage contacts, communicate with clients, and maintain many of your business systems.
Depending on your project, we can include training or a walkthrough so you understand how everything works.
I want you to feel comfortable with what we've built, not dependent on me for every little change.
Do you provide AttractWell training?
Yes, training and guided working sessions can be part of our work together.
If you prefer to understand how to use AttractWell yourself, I can help you learn the tools and processes most relevant to your business.
If you'd rather have someone build everything for you, I offer hands-on implementation as well.
We can discuss the level of involvement and support that makes the most sense for you.
04
Working Together
What's your process for working with clients?
Every project is a little different, but my approach follows three essential principles: Clarity, Connection, and Conversion.
Clarity: We start by understanding your business, your offers, your audience, and what you're trying to accomplish.
Connection: We look at how your website, marketing, and communication help the right people find you and build a relationship with your business.
Conversion: We create clear next steps, whether that's booking a consultation, purchasing an offer, or getting onboarded as a client.
From there, I build and connect the systems that support the experience.
The goal is to make sure everything serves a purpose and works together.
Do you offer strategy, or do you just build websites and funnels?
Both!
My work often starts with strategy because the decisions you make before building can have a significant impact on how well everything works afterward.
I can help you clarify offers, improve messaging, organize your customer journey, and determine which systems will best support your goals.
Then I can help you put those decisions into action.
You get thoughtful guidance and practical implementation, rather than being left with another list of things to figure out yourself.
Do you offer one-time projects or ongoing support?
I offer different ways to work together depending on what you need.
That may include a focused strategy session, an implementation sprint, or a larger done-for-you website, funnel, or business systems project.
If you've already worked with me and need additional improvements, we can discuss the appropriate next step.
We'll determine the best approach based on your priorities, timeline, and scope.
Can you help with just one part of my business?
Of course!
You don't have to hire me for an entire website or complete business overhaul.
Maybe you need help with one sales page, an email sequence, a booking workflow, an automation, or a specific part of your AttractWell account.
We can look at what you need and decide whether a focused project or implementation sprint makes sense.
Do you build everything for me, or will I need to do some of the work?
That depends on the service you choose.
For done-for-you projects, I handle the agreed-upon design and technical implementation. You'll still be involved in sharing information, providing feedback, and making important business decisions.
If you prefer a more collaborative approach, we can work together through strategy sessions or implementation sprints.
Either way, you won't be expected to figure out the technical details on your own.
What do you need from me before we start?
Most projects begin with a conversation about your business, your goals, and what you'd like to accomplish.
Depending on the project, I may ask for information about your offers, audience, existing website, brand assets, current tools, and customer journey.
If we're building something new, we'll also work through any important decisions that need to be made before implementation begins.
You don't need to have every detail figured out before reaching out.
How long does a typical project take?
It depends on what we're building.
A focused implementation sprint may take a few hours, while a larger website, funnel, or business systems project typically requires more planning, development, testing, and review.
Once we understand the scope, I'll outline the expected timeline and key project milestones so you know what to expect.
How much do your services cost?
Pricing depends on the type of support you need and the complexity of the project.
I offer focused strategy and implementation services as well as larger done-for-you projects.
We'll discuss your priorities and the scope of work before I provide a quote, so you have a clear understanding of what's included.
You can start with a discovery call to explore the best fit.
What happens after my project is finished?
Before wrapping up, we'll review the completed work, confirm that the agreed-upon systems are functioning as intended, and go over any important next steps.
Depending on your package, this may include training, a walkthrough, or a final handoff session.
If you need additional work or improvements later, we can discuss a separate project or support arrangement.
My goal is for you to feel confident using what we've created.
05
Making the Right Decision
How do I know if my business needs a new website or just a few improvements?
That's something we can figure out together.
A new website isn't always the answer.
Sometimes your existing website needs clearer messaging, better navigation, stronger calls to action, or a more connected booking and purchase process.
Other times, a rebuild makes sense because the current structure no longer supports the business.
We'll consider what you already have and recommend an approach based on your actual needs.
What if I'm overwhelmed by all the technology?
You don't need to become a technology expert to have a well-run online business.
My job is to help make the process easier.
I'll help you understand which tools matter, how they fit together, and what you can simplify.
We can focus on the essentials first and build from there, rather than trying to do everything at once.
What if I don't know whether my marketing or website is working?
That's a common starting point.
We can look at how people discover your business, what they experience when they visit your website, and what happens when they express interest.
From there, we can identify possible areas of confusion, friction, or missed opportunities.
The goal is to make informed improvements instead of guessing what to change next.
Will a new website or sales funnel guarantee more clients?
No one can guarantee that a website or funnel will bring in a certain number of clients.
Your results depend on several factors, including your offer, audience, visibility, messaging, and marketing efforts.
What we can do is create a clear, professional online experience that supports your goals, makes it easier for interested visitors to take action, and gives your business a stronger foundation for growth.
What makes working with you different?
I don't just take a list of website pages or automations and start building.
I want to understand how your business works and what you're trying to accomplish.
That means thinking through your offers, messaging, marketing, sales process, and client experience before deciding what needs to be created or improved.
I combine strategy, design, and hands-on implementation, with a particular focus on bringing everything together in AttractWell.
You don't just get a website or a collection of tools. You get a thoughtful approach to making your online business easier to run.
What's the best way to get started?
Start with a discovery call.
We'll talk about your business, what you've already built, what you're hoping to accomplish, and where you might need support.
From there, we can determine whether a strategy session, implementation sprint, or done-for-you project makes the most sense.
You don't need to know exactly what to ask for. That's part of what I'm here to help you figure out.
